I unfortunately witnessed the fire and heard the screaming of people and their animals last night. They lost 2 cats. It got me thinking that the life possibly could have been prevented if Apartments where required to have a ladder and fire extinguisher. Do you think that this measure is un reasonable? Nor should heat, for that matter. If the occupant wants it, they can buy space heaters. </sarcasm> |
