Title: Bars that have quit smoking Post by: Townsend on January 19, 2011, 08:58:50 am This isn't really a review but I've noticed a few bars around town changing the whole smoking thing.
Being an ex-smoker (huzzah), I was pleased to hear that Empire Bar (15th and Peoria) is now non-smoking and Gray Snail, across the street, is soon to be non-smoking. Are there other bars anyone can think of that have recently changed? C'mooooon Arnies. And of course I love new bars but there are a few old haunts to which I'd like to return every once in a while. I'm just not up for the smoke smell anymore. Not new but for people looking for non-smoking who might not know: Sound Pony Hunt Club Downstairs at McNellies I swear half a hangover is the damn smoke. |
