Title: Utica Sidewalks 6th to 11th Street Post by: titan43112 on February 16, 2010, 05:29:41 pm It looks like the city is installing sidewalks along the west side of Utica. However, does anyone know if they are installing them on the east side of the street? It seems that all of the services for handicaped people are on the east side which I don't believe currently have any sidewalks.
