Title: Good use of Empty Big Box stores
Post by: dbacks fan on March 19, 2009, 09:00:23 am
The first http://www.amazingjakes.com/ (http://www.amazingjakes.com/) I saw was in Mesa, and looking at their web site the other locations are in empty big box stores. From the people that I have talked to that have gone there have enjoyed it since you can do it year round. Do you think Tulsa could support one? I don't have any insight with them, but it helped the shopping center in Mesa that it went into that included some new pad sites for resturaunts and other businesses into some vacant slots.

If I had the money I'd buy out Casa Bonita and build a good one in Tulsa again (rivaling the Denver location)

The current Tulsa Casa Bonita is a parody.

For me, I would bring The Original Coney Islander to Phoenix, you can't find a coney like that here.
