Title: Federal probe extended to Riverside Airport
Post by: sendoff on November 16, 2004, 11:21:46 pm
"The Inspector General’s Office of the U.S. Department of Transportation has launched a full investigation of the business dealings of City Councilor Bill Christiansen at Jones-Riverside Airport."

"Federal rules state that one person or company cannot monopolize a public airport. Violation of those rules could jeopardize federal funding for Tulsa up to $30 million a year."

"Faith has charged that Ron Turner, a member of the airport authority, has a conflict of interest because he is a large customer of Christiansen."
