"Future expansion plans include a new store opening in Oklahoma City before Thanksgiving and possibly more later on in the Tulsa, Moore and Norman areas." The 186,851-square-foot shopping center is located at 10111-10303 E. 71st St. in the South Central Tulsa Retail submarket. It was built in 1992 on 35 acres and is home to Best Buy, JC Penney Home Furnishing and Petsmart.

Taking into account all the pluses and minuses - from traffic flow degradation, to tax revenue vs cost to get that revenue, to water runoff requirements, that whole field would probably been better off left as the horse pasture place where family members used to board horses.
