This city desperately needs a comprehensive construction waste reuse or recycling program/facility.

Title: Greening the 918 Post by: carltonplace on September 22, 2008, 01:49:42 pm In addition I'd like to see the fee for a demolition license raised substantially. Those planning a demolition could get credits for recycling materials from the site.
Title: Greening the 918 Post by: Double A on September 22, 2008, 09:26:09 pm Construction sites are huge air polluters. I'd like to see emission controls required on the heavy equipment and generators operating on construction sites. Not just to protect our air quality, but also to protect the health of the workers on construction sites.
