This city desperately needs a comprehensive construction waste reuse or recycling program/facility.

Those planning a demolition could get credits for recycling materials from the site.

I'd like to see emission controls required on the heavy equipment and generators operating on construction sites. Not just to protect our air quality, but also to protect the health of the workers on construction sites.
