This is a beautiful new river front development that is starting to be built. I looove the style of it. [:P] It contains 3000 residential units, hotel, entertainment complex, shoping areas, etc. We could do an only slightly smaller version for the cost of the channels, have all that stuff and not have to wait for developers to build on the island. These buildings aren't what could be, this is what they are building.

Reading about all the different things it is going to have, it sounds amazing. Look at the riverwalk areas with the fountains and boat docks. Has 2 indoor conservatories that change with the seasons. A huge cultural complex called Mythica " dedicated to the joy of life and of being human...celebrates, explores, and ultimately connects the peoples of the world...) etc etc. St Paul has a population of 280,000 and they get developers wanting to spend a billion to build this? Whats up with Tulsa?
