Maple Ridge residents will celebrate Independence Day with a picnic and parade at Maple Park, near 15th Street and Madison Avenue, from 10 a.m. to noon. Games, an obstacle course and a dunk tank will be part of the celebration. A parade will start at 11 a.m. at the Madison Avenue entrance to the park.
