"Conclusion: the Fascist Formula
Here's the emerging American version of the fascist's formula: combine millions of dollars of lobbyists' money with embittered troublemakers who have a small army of not terribly bright white angry people (collected over decades through pro-life mass mailing networks) at their beck and call, ever ready to believe any myth or lie circulated by the semi literate and completely and routinely misinformed right wing -- Evangelical religious underground. Then put his little mob together with the insurance companies' big bucks. That's how it works -- American Brown Shirts at the ready.
What's the results of the fascist formula for the rest of us? Well, think how this "method" worked against Dr. Tiller's abortion clinic and how that story ended. In this case a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to save our economy from going bankrupt because of spiraling health care costs may be lost, not because of a better argument, but because of lies backed up by anti-democratic embittered thuggery. The motive? Revenge on America by the Old White Guys of the far right, and greed by the insurance industry.

We're the reddest of the red states! We deserve to be in that cartoon depiction of the CSA! What? Ignored by our brothers in the revolution after giving them two senators and a host of state legislators?! Is there no fairness anywhere? ::)
The war wages between MSNBC and Fox over the t-baggers and their latest effort to neutralize the democratic process. I can't watch both, though Morning Joe does a pretty good job of distilling Fox stuff. Apparently, they want us to believe this is a swelling of the masses rather than oil and medical interests paying for partisan hacks who bald face lie on camera and physically bully anyone who dares try to participate like its not a fixed town hall meeting. And for heaven's sake...the're all white folks! Is this why all of you thought we needed more time to "analyze" the health care proposals?
Ironic that ultra conservatives and tin foil hatters thought we would lose our country to creeping Socialism/Communism/Hedonism/Atheism/ Hippies etc. Turns out its angry, middle aged white boomers partnering up with greedy corporates, Republican extremists and abortion activists. And the battle isn't even drawing much interest.

Yes.
Watch this rampage
Darwin's theories was not a white paper. He toured and visited many placing collecting the information on the organism of species and their collation of the originator of the species. Later two men in further studies of the genetic spiral isolated the DNA factor which furthered stamped a specific individual numbering of the strains of the origination of the organism. Most of the studies that have been conducted point to Africa as the source of where the organism call man appeared. As further studies become available and the DNA is expanded within the genetic spiral there is a possibility that the white race is a offspring of the black race by the originator of the species. As the species moved northward and becoming clothed it would bleach the color of skin. So it could be we are offspring's of the black race.
If one places their selves in a time frame when the writers of the constitution was formulating the article that includes "Natural Born" in the future could be extended to include all islands or other possessions under US control even though such person was unfamiliar with the process of establishing a nation ?

1) Playing politics with politics isn't a disruption of Democracy.
2) The protesters are either:
A) Honest citizens expressing their views in a passionate, albeit inappropriate manner. Which is better than the typical apathy.
or
B) "Operatives" sent from the dark side to disrupt the town hall meetings. In which case they should be ignored so their purpose is thwarted and they go away.
I'd prefer civil discussion, but an Asian style Democracy is better than apathy ("Asian style" as in Japan, Korea and Taiwan where there are crowds of people all hyped up about issues and speaking out).
Our POTUS once made his PROFESSION as a self-proclaimed "Community Activist".
Meaning, a Community Agitator for an ACORN affiliate. Later, as an Attorney for ACORN.
He was actually in INSTRUCTOR in the Saul Alinsky "Rules for Radicals" method of community agitation, teaching other ACORN-Affiliated Community Agitator leaders how to employ the Bolshevik techniques of Saul Alinsky.
The techinique employs screaming, shouting, shoving, pushing shock-troop, IN-YOUR-FACE confrontation with any legal authority, institution, or establishment that got in the way of their brand of community agitation and their radical agenda.
Just as Candidate Obama directed that his disciplined disciples to attack his opponents last summer, to "get in the face" of his opponents.....did he not??
Is this now not a case of the Pot calling the Kettle black.....?

In watching videos of these townhall meetings, it appears that a goodly number of the attendees are Senior Citizens concerned about their future medical coverage under Medicare.
And, as retirees, they have the time to attend these meetings.
These senior are rightly concerned as to exactly how Obama proposes to SAVE $500 Billion in Medicare over the next 10 years.......
Rationing?
It certainly won't be from greater government efficiency from a Single Payor System.
A Single Payor ObamaCare System will have all the efficiency of the U.S. Post Office, and all the compassion of the I.R.S........

As a note, I do not know has the shortest memory, FOTD (noted coward and Obama shrimper) or Waterboy (Head Obama spooner). Jeez, have you forgotten about Code Pink and their antics with military recruiters? How about those "God Hates Fags" dems protesting military funerals? Oh, and, another on the hit parade, Code Pink waiving their "blood soaked" hands at Condi Rice and protesting at Walter Reed where our injured soldiers convalesced. And there's this from last year at the RNC:
[youthttp://www.metacafe.com/watch/1702379/violent_democrat_protesters_being_arrested_at_2008_rnc/ube][/youtube]
But when dems are protested and they wind up stepping all over their collective d!cks trying to paint the protesters as angry mobs, but heaped glory on that Iraqi jerk who threw his shoes at then-President Bush. Could you imagine the bed wetting and howling some douches on this site would display if someone dared throw a shoe at the apologist-in-chief Obama? Oh, that's racist, just like Obama depicted as the joker! Nevermind that anti-Bush folks did the same to him, President Pantywaste must be left alone. Hey FOTD, I said "Chris Crocker, please pick up the white courtesy phone", not you.
It's really sad, when the Speaker of The House calls citizens un-american for voicing their opinions about the health care reform bill. I seem to remember that we are afforded the right to free speech by the constitution (Or are they in power using that for toilet paper now). Granted some of the protests are getting ugly, but it's about damn time that the people of the US start showing some b*lls and letting their representatives know that we are tired of getting the shaft. Should be interesting next election cycle.

Where does it say in the cited source that right-wingers were responsible? How do you know it's not a prank by some childish college kids? If it turns out a registered Republican or self-avowed "right-winger" did it, how can you impugn every other conservative-thinking citizen for the stupid acts of one? I'm reading very little proof in any of these accounts that these people protesting are registered Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Greens, or Independents.
There is a serious crisis at hand. 537 elected officials in Washington D.C. are slowly but surely overturning our representative republic into a closely-held regime of special interests. I'm not holding pundits accountable for this, I'm holding our elected officials. It's flat moronic the quotes I'm reading about Beck, Limbaugh, Hannity, etc. fomenting revolt. The dooshes in D.C. are the ones fomenting it...every last one of them.
This healthcare bill is the most sensitive issue to come along since the Iraq war. It's amazing how quickly though that liberal-leaning types have forgotten all the protests against the war and all the epithets hurled at President Bush and the absolute total disprespect shown to him and the office of POTUS for six or seven years. I'm truly amazed, though not shocked with the speed that libs keep pulling the race card when people disagree or criticize President Obama. It's a liberal wet-dream.

Somehow I'm sensing a 'where there's smoke there's fire' reference coming on.
Surely you can't be serious. Limbaugh (and others) have been comparing Obama and the dems to Nazis for a month or more now and the Swastika symbol appears on someone's door?
While I admit it could be a prank, somehow I'm doubting it, especially with the right-wing crazies that currently have the ear of the right-wing base. It has nothing to do with civil discourse and everything to do with 'win at all costs, even the health of the American cititizen'.

All Swastika's are NOT equal:
The Swastika was formerly the proud emblem of our Oklahoma National Guard:
Our very own 45th Infantry Division!
Until someone in Germany high-jacked that ancient Indian totem......that's when the 45th Infantry Division emblem switched over to become:
The THUNDERBIRD!

Yes I am serious. Limbaugh and others aren't making dangerous public policy decisions reminiscent of failed governments of the mid-early part of the last century. Nor have I heard one quote from any "conservative" commentator urging civil unrest, vandalism or thuggery. Not that I spend much time listening to them or watching them. I actually hear more about what is said on their programs from my liberal friends than what I hear directly.
True conservatives aren't into vandalism and thuggery.
The big idea here seems to be for the Obama administration and their minions in Congress to try to intimidate people into following them. "Brown-shirting" is pure hyperbole, but take a look historically how other leaders in other countries have pushed unpopular agendas: intimidation. That's precisely what's going on here with the admin and their media accomplices calling anyone who disagrees with this healthcare disaster a "right-winger", "racist", "birther", "denier", etc. Go ahead someone and explain away why
that's not intimidation.
It's not that there haven't been any alternate ideas to healthcare presented. There have. The media complex has largely ignored them, either in their haste to promote the sh!t-burger that's being shoved down our throats or to completely discredit the plan, instead of focusing on other alternatives. (That's a shame on the liberal and conservative media outlets and the supposed un-biased ones for those of you who don't read my posts so well).
Any hard-working person of average or better intelligence doesn't see the need for a "total overhaul" of healthcare. I happen to be one of those people and I resent it like hell that people with my viewpoint are being denegrated as crazy Obama-hating "fright-wingers". I don't want a more invasive government. I'm doing what I can proactively to take good care of myself so I use the healthcare system as little as possible. We don't have bad healthcare in the U.S. we've got a bunch of lazy people with bad habits who clog up the system after years of abusing their bodies by putting pure crap down their pie hole and not exercizing their minds or bodies.
Along with all the stats of lower mortality and longer life-spans in other countries, the oft ignored component in the sales pitch for this pathetic healthcare plan is how overweight and lazy the average American is than people in the countries cited as successes in HC for us to follow.
For some odd reason, people are trusting the same failed and broken government which ostensibly doesn't know how to manage: an economy, national security, the world's largest retirement plan (SSI), education, has the solution to their health problems. Unless people take a more proactive approach to their own health, no measure of gov't intervention will make one whit of a difference. It's like doubling the salary of every teacher in the U.S. and expecing kids to prosper while their parents are still at home sucking on a crack pipe. No governmental policy will make a difference unless the citizens are willing to make a difference in their own lives
/rant
Sorry Hoss not directed at you. If you have not yet read Dr. Ezikiel Emanuel's papers on his thoughts of rationed healthcare and not emphasizing care for the non-producers of society, I urge you to. It's eerily reminiscent of some scary political philosophies of the early 20th century.
