Going slightly OT, Tulsa is very, very fortunate to have some great philanthropists. That property could have become a total ramshackle eyesore when Amoco packed up. Instead it's a nice campus which continues to pump money into the local economy via jobs and constant construction projects and has expanded advanced degree programs in Tulsa.
