So Obama is too liberal even for them? Or are they just trying to save their readership since so many newspaper companies are going into the crapper right now?

I don't recall them ever endorsing a Democrat for president. The Tulsa World is only considered liberal in Oklahoma, anywhere else it's a pretty conservative paper.

Check yo facts foo! Tulsa World has always been down with the Republican candidate for President the last forty years (i think).
They also endorsed:
Sullivan and Inhofe.
Yes, they are liberal. Maybe throwing a bone to the crowd, but they even had the idiocy to support W. in the last election.
Mr. Burns
Bob Barr for President
I was actually more shocked by the endorsement of Inhoff, who they have hated for years. They even said in their endorsement that they have not seen eye to eye over the years.
I like USAToday's approach to endorsements. They don't give any. They feel endorsements call into question their neutrality when reporting. How refreshing.

A friend of mine who grew up in OKC and worked in the Carter Whitehouse will agree with this statement. When I mentioned that people consider the World as liberally biased MSM he just laughed and shook his head no it isn't.
