Title: 41st and Peoria (Across from Wild Oats) Post by: TheArtist on October 24, 2007, 09:31:32 pm Hmm, now thats not at all the design the developer had shown as his "idea" for the area and how the businesses could look. He had the buildings looking more like the Wild Oats center, the strip across from it and those new apartments that are going in behind there.
Both of those designs are nice, though very interesting. The style is kind of classic and old timey, but in particular they remind me of what you would see small warehouses, a factory, or industrial buildings of a certain time period looking like. The "Waterworks" building comes to mind. Interesting choice of design.
