Great! Thanks for the information! Really looking forward to these being built. The Brady is looking great, and these new lofts will only make it better! Also, all the best to HeyMambo. Hope you guys are getting a steady stream of new customers thanks to the new development down there!

Does anybody know anything about the construction of the Brady Flats? I have heard they would start with the completion of the Fairfield Inn and that seems like it is nearing completion.

They're probably waiting to see if they need to be named "B Flats"
sounds like a bad musical group

Maybe they could rename Brady to Bueller if it has to be renamed? Yes? No?

Brady District Flat LP took title to the property in 2011 from the TDA. They also received a bunch of public money apparently: So far, Brady District Flats has received $550,000 from the city of Tulsa, and CAP and MetroPlains are seeking more from other agencies, he said. http://www.metroplains.com/awards/view/id:36 (Via Tulsa World, January 28, 2011) All someone has to do is call either MetroPlains (which I believe owns Brady District Flat LP) or call the TDA, in that the TDA transferred land to them, my understanding is they must have a contract. TDA still lists the project on its projects map: http://www.tulsadevelopmentauthority.org/properties/http://www.metroplains.com/contactus/CALL! Let us know.

It appears that something is finally happening in the space just south of Hey Mambo (that was once slated to be The Flats on Archer).
A building permit was filed stating it is to be a "store/restaurant."
