Just a quick question..How can vision2025 dollars go into funding to build the YMCA in Owasso? Separation of Church and State?


"The YMCA project is a five million dollar project to be constructed on land owned by the City of Owasso, and $1.5 million of the required funding will come from Vision 2025 dollars and Owasso sales tax dollars. The balance will be financed by the YMCA through private sources. The project designed was completed by Selser Schaefer Architects and bids are scheduled to be received on December 8, 2004. Plans can be reviewed in the “plan rooms” and are available to prime bidders from the architect."
