a retention pond is what should have been planned in the first place on the site.  In fact that was what Bixby was demanding.  But that would give Bumgarner a heart attack to have to give up one of his pad sites for that so I'm sure the strings were pulled on the puplic works puppets and CoT settled.  Now they say they are going to throw all of the water into an existing off site retention pond (which was not designed to handle this now excess capacity)



You should ask the city council for them to give you a backyard pool.
