Title: 14th & Utica/Troost area Post by: AdvanceTulsa on July 02, 2009, 04:07:42 pm What is going on with the property between Troost and Utica, just south of 14th? Several lots have temporary sprinkler systems over green grass and the 14th/Utica corner has a couple of new tent-store operations (Under the Sun and now a fruit stand). What is the zoning? Any info about development?
