Wednesday, August 31 at 9 a.m. Mayor Bill LaFortune with Tulsa County Commissioner Bob Dick and Matrix representative Steve Alter host a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Tulsa Regional Events Center at the intersection of Second Street and Denver.  The public is invited.  Parking is available at 100 West 1st Street.
