I think crews are working in that lot. I haven't been by there i awhile to know how far along they are.

It was going to be part of TCC expansion downtown, but for various reasons that fell through.  It was left as a possibility for "future plans" to add on to the TCC expansion.  But that was the last I heard, and it was probably a year ago.
