I have heard they are a nightmare to work for, and not just in the warehouses. The tech people too.
Yeah, doesn't matter if you are the customer or the driver, their tech support sucks. I and 6 other drivers got laid off because "We're going a different direction with the delivery routes" was what we were told. The things all of us had in common was we were all over 50, we had critical thinking skills, we made well reasoned suggestions, and never missed work, no accidents, and ran circles around the younger drivers and never complained when we went to rescue another driver having problems finishing their routes.
Billion dollar company with some of the crappiest software and equipment. Just do your job, don't complain, don't ask questions.
