The problem is that there are no such policies available. They will have to be written, underwritten, and marketed in the next three days. As a result, he said, more people might not buy insurance unless they get sick.Any such policy thrown together at the last minute, would still be required to fund subsidized policies, likely making them only slightly more affordable than the standard bronze plan.
