Next thing you know, he'll take the incredibly bold step to close the budget deficit by eliminating the Bush era tax cuts and enacting new taxes on the rest of us.

Last I checked Norquist isn't an elected official.  He is welcome to get over himself at any time.

Kudos to Dr. er Senator Coburn for making an honest appraisal of what needs to be done.

Refusing to raise revenue when common sense tells you it's necessary, is not conservative.  Lest anyone think I've gone lib on my fiscal thinking, not hardly.  Every revenue increase must be met with a like or even greater amount in spending cuts.
