Welcome to a lyrical exploration of this strange amusement park of the soul. Lipstick Librarians Productions presents, "Waking Up in Wonderland," a new work by regional spoken word artist, Karen Lacy. The show combines poetry by Karen and original music by local musician, John Van De Wege.  With dark humor and poignancy, this piece explores the idea that the paths we chose often lead us to somewhere entirely different than we intended, but we can still learn to appreciate the journey.  Show time is Friday, October 2 at 7:30 pm at Agora Coffeehouse (51st and Memorial in the Fontana Shopping Center) Admission is $5 or $3 for students and seniors.
