Helicopters and crop dusters are generally obvious to someone keeping their UAV in sight.

(medical) Helicopters and crop dusters arent usually trying to move undetected.
"We are trying to make the aircraft a little more stealthy," Barnhart said."

How fast can you land a drone at 400 AGL?

Descend too fast and you fly into your own prop wash and you are in freefall.

Descend too slow and someone flies into you faster than you had the ability to respond.

Desperate to stay relevant...

Musician Kid Rock said he’s "part of the problem" plaguing America as the country becomes more and more polarized over politics in a wild, booze-filled interview.

Kid Rock spoke to Rolling Stone for a lengthy feature, where the famed musician was described as "increasingly polarizing" over the past decade by embracing conservative politics and striking up a friendship with former President Trump.
"I’m one of the polarizing people, no question," Kick Rock told Rolling Stone. "Sometimes I b---h about other people, then I look in the mirror and I’m like, ‘Oh, yeah, why don’t you shut the f--k up too?’"

Peisner wrote that he ended up bickering with Kid Rock about politics, and the musician eventually pulled out a handgun.

The Senate will consider a bipartisan border package this week, putting pressure on Republicans to pass a bill that they helped to negotiate months ago.

Republicans torpedoed the same exact package earlier this year, and they are expected to vote against it yet again.

Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.), one of the architects of the bipartisan package, said last week that he would not support the bill if Schumer brought it back to the floor.

That would be really cool!  I wish the newly rebuilt Prosperity Bank at 21st and Utica could have been something along those lines.  Could have still kept the bank on the ground floor.

That Prosperity Bank is so stupid.  One of the key hard corners in midtown (and all of Tulsa) and you put a bank with a drive-thru.  The bank and drive-thru could’ve been on the ground floor with offices or residences above.  I don’t get it.

The last tenant (Dolphin Fine Linens) is moving out of 1960 Utica Sq into the 2048 building between Ediblend and Lolly Garden. The 1960 building (old Olive Garden) will now be vacant.

What I’ve heard is Utica Square requested concepts awhile back for a high rise mixed use development including residential on a footprint that would combine the Petty’s/Miss Jackson parcel with the Olive Garden/Dolphin parcel. I was told they wanted grocery - i.e., Whole Foods. I do not know how realistic this is or whether things have moved forward, but they’re obviously vacating that building for some reason. It will probably come down this year to make way for whatever they’re planning.

I know they are also adding a lift from West Elm's back-of-house into their basement for storage since their current lift is in the 1960 building - another sign it will be demolished soon.  What an opportunity to do something fantastic with that entire half block..
