How does some congregation become a "legal church"?

Incorporate, register with the state, etc.

If this is the only 'legal' satanist church in Oklahoma, does that mean there are illegal ones?

Possibly.

Is it a crime to have an illegal church?

No.

It reminds me of Our Church in Fayetteville, only without the pot.

Appearently the Satanists don't take kindly to sex offenders. One of their Dark Overlords had to leave the group.
