Is there any update on getting someone to lease the old Wal-Mart and the old Burger King in Springs Village? They have both been empty for far too long.

They are asking $400,000 + for the old Wal-Mart location. Far too much if you ask me considering the building is in disrepair and is going to take a lot of work inside before someone respectable can move in.

I think the old Burger King would make for a nice bar and grill

Senor Tequila Prattville would be a nice compromise. I'll ask Carlos about it.

That old BK location is too small. I would suggest he look at the old steakhouse location in the strip center behind the Bank of Oklahoma branch in Sand Springs.
