How long ago was it that there was a "plan" to secede from Oklahoma and make Tulsa the capitol of Kansas.
Im sure Topeka wouldnt mind.  Have you ever been there?  ;-)

I agree with waterboy that not everything about history is great.  Some of the founding fathers of our country had slaves, etc.  But I think they foreshadowed that it would one day be changed with lines like "All men are created equal".  I really believe in our US Constitution and I think that if we want this country to last another 100 years or more, we need to honor and follow it to the letter.  Times change and if the states want to continue with a bigger federal government then 2/3rds of the states need to approve an amendment stating that.  I don't think that will ever happen though.  Smiley
