So, I constantly hear tons of great development ideas given by citizens of Tulsa. But, I never see any of them come to fruition. I myself have some ideas that I'd like to persue, but I have absolutely NO idea on how to go about making it a reality.

Does anyone know what steps to take after developing an idea and framework? Do you go to a municipal office and show it to them? Do you take it to a local development firm? WHERE DO I GO WITH MY IDEAS?
