It is on TulsaChannels.com

How can they want to pitch an idea to Tulsa County and the say in part of the presntation they want to keep people from moving to the suburbs?

They also seems to be seeing that since downtown sucks, they need to put an urban center in the middle of the water.

Roger Staubach is in charge of keeping it on budget?

Ice skating rinks?

All Tulsa festivals on the river?

Oh yeah, and they want to wipe out west riverparks and replace it with 150ft wind turbines in a low wind area.





Someone tell me this is all a nightmare.
